Make vocabulary practice fun with these two autocorrecting, editable, digital La nourriture Mystery Picture puzzles in French. Students learn to talk about food, meals, and related vocabulary in French. As they type in the correct answer, the photograph reveals itself a piece at a time. When the answer is incorrect, the block turns red. These activities can be used for in-class French food vocabulary practice, for homework, or for absent students. Appropriate for middle or high school French learners.
✅ THESE FRENCH FOOD VOCABULARY MYSTERY PICTURES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING RESOURCES:
- La nourriture French Food Vocabulary Mystery Picture #1: Includes Student instructions in French. Students answer 16 questions about food in French. When the answer is correct, the box turns green and progressively reveals the photograph. When it is incorrect, the box turns red and the student must try again until the box turns green. For example: Quel fruit est orange: une pomme, une banane, une poire, ou une pêche? Or, students complete the sentence. For example: Finis la phrase: J’ai faim. Je veux…quelque chose.
- La nourriture Mystery Picture #2: Has Student instructions in French and 16 images and questions. Students answer the questions according to the pictures. When the answer is correct, the box turns green and progressively reveals the photograph. When it is incorrect, the box turns red and the student must try again until the box turns green. These sentences are different than the sentences in the Mystery Picture #1. For example: Qu’est-ce que c’est? C’est un…œuf (picture of an egg)
