After every room is described, there are comprehension questions, so students interact with and process small sections at a time. The rooms in the house that are described are: la sala de estar, la sala, la cocina, el lavadero, el pasillo, el dormitorio, el baño y el comedor.
Student handouts of vocabulary for the house, rooms of the house, furniture in the house / los muebles / and kitchen items, related adjectives, chores / los quehaceres / related verbs and the expressions, “tener que + infinitive, tener ganas de + infinitive, tener razón,” and, “estar equivocado.”
